Our Story

The founders had humble beginnings, starting up the pizza business in a single room in the back of Casa Vieja, which can still be found north of Village Pizza on Corrales Rd. From Casa Vieja, the shop moved into the old adobe building that was a house, turned bar, turned Mongolian restaurant and then turned it into Village Pizza. The work was not easy, and most of the construction changes were done by the owners themselves with some help from family and friends.

Today Village Pizza has grown into two locations, but we are still making the same pizza that has been loved and consumed by the Village of Corrales and Albuquerque for almost 3 decades. Bring your family and friends into the beautiful and unique Village to dine on our shaded patio under the Sandia mountains during the spring, summer and fall, and enjoy a hot bowl of our famous green chile chicken soup fireside in the winter or visit our Albuquerque location located on the corner of La Orilla and Coors with 24 local beers on tap plus daily happy hour specials.
